People tend to describe Tayllor as warm, compassionate, and effective. Generous with her time and attention, she has a talent for inspiring others and bringing people together around a shared vision. As a Graphic Designer by trade, a natural communicator and big-picture thinker, she excels at blending creativity with business goals and finding innovative solutions to complex creative problems.
In her current role as a Design Manager for behavioral science company, MindyGym, Tayllor leads client work from start to finish, guiding a team of designers in the conception, design, and execution of visual materials, as well as develops creative communications that spark engagement, encourage participation, and drive activation of sustainable behavior change. Additionally, she’s responsible for uncovering opportunities for product innovation and transitioning current product offerings to a digital experience.
Prior to joining MindGym, Tayllor ran a robust freelance business, Gooneybird Design, that focused on branding and website design for clients across Georgia and the U.S. Trained by the Creative Circus in Graphic Design and Wake Forest University in Studio Art, Tayllor has a long history as a creative. Outside of work, she loves using her creativity to positively impact her community by volunteering with various non-profit organizations and making unique gifts for friends and family. Tayllor currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her dog, Salem, and cats, Beansprout and Rhubarb.
