Jeff MacDonald is the Director of AI at Mekanism, bridging the gap between a creative-led agency and innovative technologies that can bring as many firsts for his clients and agency as possible. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with leadership, strategists and creatives, focusing on introducing fresh and innovative digital solutions to clients such as Adobe, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Q-tips, and Lenovo. Jeff’s approach is grounded in a blend of creative prototyping and strategy, which informs his development of engaging experiences that resonate with clients and agency leadership. He’s also an adjunct professor at the VCU Brandcenter where he helps bring innovation to the school through teaching product design, AI, and human-centered creativity. Additionally, Jeff has been an integral partner with The Creative Circus. He has collaborated for marketing the program to build awareness and lead generation.
