Chris Silich

Chris Silich is an experienced educator, graphic designer, creative technologist, and software engineer with a passion for blending visual design and technology. Currently, he serves as a Technical Lead at Interactive Strategies in Washington DC, developing websites for nonprofits and government organizations such as Action Against Hunger and the National Park Foundation.

Previously, Chris directed the Design and Creative Technology programs at the Creative Circus, where he spent over a decade mentoring students and developing curricula that integrated design with emerging technologies, preparing students to succeed in a rapidly changing digital landscape. His early career in graphic design and UX/UI for children’s media, working with brands like Cartoon Network and PBS Kids, shaped his creative approach.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and exploring creative projects, often involving kinetic art and microcomputers.
