Andrew Harper

Andrew is a Dallas native who went to Wake Forest University in North Carolina. After college, he had no clue what he wanted to do—tried the corporate world, started a small business—until he picked up Hey Whipple, Squeeze This on vacation. A few chapters in, he knew exactly where he belonged: advertising. He called The Creative Circus from the trip, applied immediately, and spent two years there figuring out how to turn creativity into a career.

From there, Andrew went to The Richards Group in Dallas, where he cut his teeth on brands like Dr Pepper, Home Depot, and Chrysler. He started out as an art director, but made the switch to copywriting, and later became GCD on Dr Pepper. In 2020, he joined PMG and as Executive Creative Director helped build our creative capability, growing to havinging over 17 brands, including Pennzoil, Best Western, and Squishmallows. If he has learned one thing it’s that it’s not just what you do, it’s how you do it and how you make people feel. 

Outside of work, Andrew has two incredible teenage kids and has fostered five kids over the past eight years. He loves cycling, reading, and traveling—and he still gets excited every time he sees a great idea come to life.
