Program Costs

- Scholarships are awarded annually to eligible students in the Portfolio Program.
- Scholarships typically range between $500 and $2,000.
- Students who submit their applications by March 30 will receive a scholarship application.

- Portfolio Program: 8 months
- Fundamentals of Creativity: 1 month
- AI and Design: 1 month
Class Schedule
- Time: 6:30–8:30 PM EST
- Format: Virtual (Synchronous & Asynchronous)
- Monday-Saturday
- Portfolio Schedule: September 7, 2026-April 24, 2027
- Fundamentals of Creativity: August 3-28. 2026
- AI and Design: July 7-31, 2026

Payment Requirements
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. Enrollment remains open until June 5.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 or more days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
- 7-13 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund. However, a credit equal to the paid amount will be issued for use toward a future course within 12 months.
Portfolio Program
Enrollment & Payment Requirements
Enrollment remains open until June 5. Full payment must be completed by July 6.
Students choosing the installment plan must adhere to the following schedule:
- Secure enrollment: $250 due at the time of registration
- Payment 1: May 4
- Payment 2: Due June 1
- Payment 3: Due July 6
*Customized payment plans may be arranged with the approval of the Director of Operations.
Cancellation Policy
- Before August 21: Full refund.
- Within 14 days of the course start date: 50% refund.
- After the course start date: No refund. However, a credit equal to the paid amount will be issued for use toward a future course within 12 months.
*Students who withdraw or are dismissed after the program has started will not be eligible for a refund.
